Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation Requests:

Cancellations are only considered if requested immediately after placing the order.

Cancellation may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has begun.

Customized works are non-cancellable.

Refund/Replacement:

Refunds or replacements are available if the customer can establish that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

For damaged or defective items, customers must report the issue to the Customer Service Team within 2 days of receiving the product.

The merchant will verify the issue before approving the request.

If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet expectations, customers must notify the Customer Service Team within 2 days of receipt.

Warranty Claims:

For products with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers should directly contact the manufacturer for resolution.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 days.
